You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange.
🔄 Free Exchanges
Want a different colour? We'll exchange it for free on your first order. Simply contact us and we'll arrange the swap.
💷 Full Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of us receiving your returned item. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
📦 Damaged Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we'll send a replacement immediately at no cost. Just send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Return an Item
Contact Us First
Email or message us via our contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm your return is eligible and provide the return address.
Pack & Post
Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible. Post to our returns address: Rawdah Co., Unit 5, Riverside Workshops, Blyth, NE24 4RF. We recommend using a tracked service.
Refund Processed
Once we receive your return and confirm it's in original condition, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene reasons, items that have been used cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable. If you received a free gift as part of a bundle promotion, this should be returned along with the main product.
